CU Denver’s Learning & Development team has recently launched a new training for CU Denver staff and faculty – Difficult Conversations.
At some point in our work career, we likely will be faced with a challenging situation and need to engage in a conversation with another colleague, supervisor or employee that may be difficult. The training session, offered virtually, will allow participants to gain a foundation and understanding of the importance of having difficult conversations. This course is designed to equip the learner with skills and knowledge on preparing for and having difficult conversations.
All are welcome to register and attend.
Recent compliments for this program include:
“I appreciated the real-world scenarios presented that we got to work through in this course”
