WHAT: The University of Colorado will require all academic year faculty to select a contract payment schedule (9-pay-9 or 9-pay-12) for the 2019-2020 academic year. All faculty members must make an election, even if they have an existing election for a contract that is being renewed.
WHEN: May 1st-May 31st through your UCDAccess employee portal.

TOOLS: The Contract Proration Calculator will help you determine whether you may select a 9-pay-12 contract option for the 2019-20 academic year, in accordance with IRS regulations. It will display your monthly paycheck gross under a 9-pay-12 contract. See this HERE.
