Open Enrollment Dates:

  • Starts: April 21, 2025
  • Ends: May 9, 2025
  • New Benefits Begin: July 1, 2025

This is an ideal time to review your current medical, dental, vision, and other benefits to determine if any changes are needed.

Important:
After May 9, no changes to your coverage or dependent information will be allowed. Any updates must wait until you experience a qualifying life event or until the next Open Enrollment period.

Important Notice: Discontinuation of the CU Extended Plan

  • Attention: The CU Extended Plan will be discontinued.
  • Action Required:
    If you are currently enrolled in the CU Extended Plan, you must choose another available plan to maintain your coverage.

Automatic Re-enrollment and Exceptions

  • Automatic Re-enrollment:
    If you are satisfied with your current benefits (and you are not on the CU Extended Plan), you will be automatically re-enrolled.
  • Exception:
    Employees with a Health Care Flexible Spending Account or a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account must re-enroll for the 2025–26 plan year.
