UndocAllyship Training Friday 9/22 Hosted by the Center for Identity and Inclusion

Peace, SEHD Community. The Center for Identity and Inclusion (CII) is hosting an UndocAllyship Training on Friday, 9/22, and the information should be helpful to us as we think about maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our community. See information provided by Aisury Vasquez (CU Denver’s Director of Latinx Student Services, and current EdD student):

UndocuAllyship Training: Unidxs for Undocumented Justice, hosted by the Center for Identity & Inclusion on Friday, September 22nd at 9:45am in the Student Commons building #2500A. The event is open to staff, faculty, and students. RSVP required.

The CII UndocuAllyship Training: Unidxs for Undocumented Justice will challenge participants to think about policies, laws, and actions that impact undocumented students’ experiences. This training is designed for student-facing roles, including leadership, staff, faculty, and student staff. However, all CU Denver community members who want to learn more about becoming an undocumented co-conspirator and ally are also invited to attend. Please share the attached flyer/email and registration link so that we can ensure that CU Denver is an inclusive campus for Undocumented people! We look forward to seeing you on Friday!
