Dear Colleagues, especially University staff & 12-month Faculty who complete annual Performance Evaluations:
As you may know, our campus hr’s Workplace Engagement team has been working towards improved formatting for the annual performance review process. One of the steps toward that goal is a fresh and more collaborative tool for the coming review period. The New Form in excel is available here & seems to work great in a file sharing location such as OneDrive.
Looking ahead for SEHD, we will ask that you begin using the New Form for planning ahead for the next review period that begins 7/1/23.
Learning Opportunity Tomorrow, Thursday, February 2:
teri engelke and Reba Yount will be offering office hours for your performance management and development questions. Join in via zoom from 1:00-2:00. Whether you have attended a training session on the new performance tool or not, all attendees and questions are welcome.
A session specific to Summary Evaluation will be offered later in the Spring.
