EdD program doctoral student, Christina Maxine Sigala, was a featured panelist at CU Denver’s Future Fest. She was joined by a panel of community leaders from Latinx and Indigenous communities. The panel was led by University of Colorado Regent Nolbert Chavez.
Christina entered the EdD program in Summer 2017, has worked as an instructor and leader in higher education for years, and is currently on the faculty in Chicano Studies at MSU Denver. She has also taught as a lecturer for the SEHD on occasion.
