HR Tip- Fall is a great time to review your Personal and Payroll Information

A reminder from our Payroll team about keeping your employee data up to date: 

Employees should review their personal information in the employee portal (my.cu.edu) This includes reviewing information such as mailing address, zip code, Social Security number, direct deposit information and W-4.  

Making sure this information is correct ensures they will be taxed correctly and receive their pay. 

Instructions are available on the Employee Services website: https://www.cu.edu/employee-services/payroll/self-service/personal-information  

After each payroll, employees are encouraged to review their pay advice to confirm its accuracy. 

 

If you have an edit to your education, gender, or anything else that you aren’t able to change in your employee portal, please let your SEHD HR team know.
