Chancellor Michelle Marks is granting faculty and staff an additional paid holiday on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday, January 18, 2021). Click here to review the Chancellor’s email from December 8th: “Additional Holiday on MLK Day”
University Staff, State Classified Staff, and 12-month faculty should enter this day in MyLeave with earnings code “administrative leave.”
9-month faculty do NOT need to do anything in the My Leave system.
This does not apply to positions that are ineligible for paid holidays (student employees and temporary staff).
