The purpose of this quality improvement study is to uncover the strengths and weaknesses of the Disability Services office at the University of Colorado Boulder. Using the Council for the Advancement of Higher Education Standards (CAS) framework, a program review will be conducted with the intent of using the findings to enact insightful change to best serve college students with disabilities.
