Dear Program Leaders,
This is just a reminder about Curriculum Committee Deadline Requirements: To ensure that the Curriculum Committee has time to review the credentials for each new Lecturer or GPTI before the start of classes, please use the following deadline dates to help you plan ahead for the hiring process: Teaching in Summer or Fall semester – please submit Hire Request Form details by Monday, April 22nd.
This also allows us time to get through the many onboarding steps to welcome these colleagues well! Returning Lecturers do not need a new form.

Please make sure to use the new required approval letter templates for lectures or doctoral candidates. A link to the templates is in the New Hire form.
