Faculty/Staff Reviewers Needed for CU Denver’s Research and Creative Activities Symposium (RaCAS)!

We are pleased to announce that CU Denver’s Research and Creative Activities Symposium (RaCAS) is returning for the 29th year on Friday, April 24, 2026. Each year over 250 student presenters across all disciplines share the research and creative projects they’ve worked on throughout the academic year. Together with peers, faculty, family, and friends they celebrate the pursuit of knowledge and new ideas. I encourage you to visit the event website to learn more about the event.

We are in need of in-person reviewers for RaCAS on Friday, April 24, especially in the morning. If you are interested in helping CU Denver students grow in their scholarly pursuits, sign up today! Register for a Symposium account and indicate reviewing preferences before April 13.

·        When? Friday, April 24 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
·        Reviewing between 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
·        Where? CU Denver Rob and Lola Salazar Student Wellness Center and North Classroom
·        Add RaCAS to Your Calendar

RaCAS reviewers volunteer their time, enthusiasm, and expertise to help our students grow as researchers and creative scholars. Reviewers engage directly with students and their projects; asking questions, guiding discussions, and providing constructive input that supports the educational mission of the symposium. CU Denver faculty, staff, graduate students, and community partners are encouraged to sign up to review projects in-person on April 24. And please share this information with any peers, scholars or colleagues that may be interested in volunteering.

After you register, the RaCAS team will be in touch in mid-April with more details about the review process. Thank you for lending your time to support CU’s student scholars.

Please contact Liz Evans at ELIZABETH.EVANS@UCDENVER.EDU should you have any questions about RaCAS.
