The Division of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion is delighted to announce that we will be hosting the 2024 CU Social Justice Summit at UCCS! This year’s theme is Inclusive Leadership and Belonging, centering each campus’s commitment to fostering inclusive learning and work environments. The summit will explore four areas of focus:
- Social Activism & Community Engagement
- Equity in Research, Teaching, and Scholarship
- Mental Health, Wellness, and Self-care
- Advocacy, Safety, and Transformative Justice
Call for Proposals:
The 2024 CU Social Justice planning committee invites program proposals from CU faculty, staff, and students. We welcome you to submit a program that aligns with the four areas of focus. The program proposals should center effective practices that will engage participants in fruitful discussions and provide meaningful content to bring back to their campuses.
