We are seeking nominations of faculty and/or senior staff (e.g., Assistant Vice Chancellors, Directors) from across campus who have demonstrated high potential for growth and are currently serving in a senior leadership role. For your nominee, please complete the Nomination Form that asks for a brief paragraph or two describing why you believe this person will benefit from the program. Please note that the program involves a significant time commitment from the ELP Fellow – typically a two-day kick off in August, followed by at least one monthly meeting from September through April. Some of these sessions may be offered virtually.
As a nominator of a potential Fellow, your support is twofold:
- Ensuring support of the time commitment as it is expected that all sessions are attended
- A financial commitment of $1,000 per Fellow
