Dear colleagues, as you may have seen in a recent CU Denver News email, the campus is seeking volunteers for the Comprehensive Compensation Collaborative:
As part of CU Denver’s strategic goal to be a people-centered best place to work, Human Resources is launching a Comprehensive Compensation Collaborative to ensure employees are adequately compensated and have appropriate workloads and opportunities for career progression.
Volunteers are needed to serve on a short-term committee that will review job descriptions. The recommendations that emerge from this committee will inform the realignment of job codes, compensation ranges, and career progression opportunities.
