| For grant personnel, before a grant proposal may be sent to applicable sponsors | For protocol personnel, before an IRB protocol submission (initial, applicable amendment or continuing review) will be reviewed | By October 31, 2022 for personnel who are NOT involved in research |
As a reminder, a COI Disclosure must be filed by faculty, officers, staff with fiscal roles, staff who negotiate on behalf of the university, and individuals who are engaged in research.
Remember – disclose early, and often, as needed.
