Due to a minimum wage increase in the City of Denver, the SEHD has evaluated pay for student worker positions. There will be some changes beginning with the Spring 2022 semester (effective January 1, 2022).
- Minimum wage will increase to $15.87 per hour, effective 1/1/2022.
- Teaching Assistant pay will increase to $1,600 per 3 credit course, effective 1/1/2022.
Please review your budget and evaluate whether you will need to adjust, such as decreasing the number of hours your student employee works or requesting a budget increase.
