This does not apply to positions that are ineligible for paid holidays (student employees and temporary staff).
If you have already entered vacation leave for either of these times, please delete those leave hours from your calendar.
Please enter the time for Nov 26 (8 hours) and Dec 23 (4 hours) in MyLeave with earnings code “administrative leave.” DO NOT select Holiday (HOL) in the earnings code.
Lecturers and 9-month faculty do NOT need to do anything in the My Leave system.
