The School of Education & Human Development is seeking applications for a Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor in the Leadership for Educational Organizations (LEO) Program.
The successful candidate for this position will:
- Teach in the Higher Education program area.
- Serve as a co-lead for the Higher Education program concentration
- Recruit, select, admit, and orient new student cohort groups annually with focus on increased expansion of students nationally and internationally.
- Mentor and advise students and coordinate coaching program for post-doc students.
- Develop and expand partnership network including active engagement of advisory committee with focus on local, national, and international higher education leaders.
- Create professional development opportunities for emerging and experienced higher education leaders.
- Provide Campus, School and Departmental leadership including engagement at faculty meetings, providing committee service, evaluating program course layout, scheduling, and hiring of faculty, and program assessment.
