Plan Year Changes:
- New Mobile-Friendly Enrollment Tool (still accessed through UCD Access Employee Portal)
- New Pharmacy Management – Anthem Plans
- Increase Out-of-Pocket Maximums

This Open Enrollment is a Passive Open Enrollment meaning:
- No action needed if you want the same benefits and do NOT want an Flexible Spending Account
- Action required if you want to make a change to medical, dental, vision, FSAs, Disability and AD&D
- Action required if you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and want to re-enroll. Recommendation for July 1: Do not sign up for Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) during Open Enrollment if you are unsure of needs come July 1. As soon as your daycare resumes, submit the Change in Dependent Care Form within 31 days to start your DCFSA again.
