SEHD Dean Rebecca Kantor: EdD program is pipeline for Latinx leadership
Rebecca Kantor, the Dean of the School of Education at CU Denver, joins Anne to discuss success building a pipeline of Latinx leaders for top jobs as school district administrators and school principals. The Doctor in Education in Leadership for Education Equity program was established to help increase diversity in classrooms, school administration and district administration.
