Please Update Your Address in UCDAccess

As we approach the end of 2025, we want to remind all employees to review and update their personal information in the UCDAccess Portal. Employee Services will be mailing 2025 W-2s early next year, and it’s important that your home and mailing addresses are accurate to avoid any delays in receiving your tax documents.


How to Update Your Address

  1. Log into the UCDAccess employee portal:
    Resources List – CU Denver | Anschutz 

  2. Click UCDAccess- the web portal for students, faculty and staff.
  3. In the top left corner, click the navigation dropdown menu.

  4. Select CU Resources Home.

  5. Click My Info and Pay.

  6. Locate and open the My Info tile.

  7. Your address information will appear on this page.
    Click into the Address section to update your Home and/or Mailing address as needed.
