CCC Updates and Register for Upcoming Trainings

The Comprehensive Compensation Collaborative (CCC) had its last steering committee meeting on Monday, August 26, 2024. Please see the attached slide deck for information regarding the scope of the project, goals and outcomes, updates and next steps.
To summarize the updates:
  • Campus HR is still working with Mercer consulting on Market Compensation information and when complete, will provide it to the campus community.
  • Online Job Library is coming soon – please attend related trainings
  • Sign up for trainings according to your role:
During this sessions we will cover: general compensation terms, components that make up employee compensation, basics of salary structures, and key approaches/tools used in determining salaries. In addition, we will share CU System compensation principles and CU Denver’s compensation philosophy.

This training is designed to provide an overview of how salaries are determined, and various mechanisms are available for pay increases at CU Denver. The second training builds off information developed as a part of the CCC project. Join us to learn more about pay and compensation.

This session will help participants learn more about concepts related to career progression, develop an understanding of career progression and how to utilize various resources for their own professional growth at CU Denver and within the CU System.
