OIT recently identified a security incident involving the CU Denver and Anschutz Medical Campus information technology infrastructure. At this time, there is no evidence of unauthorized access to personal, health, or other sensitive data. Our university information services and cybersecurity teams are working closely with a third-party information security firm and law enforcement to thoroughly investigate this activity.
Please follow the instructions below to reset your password:
If you are off campus ensure you are connected to VPN.
Change your password using the OIT password reset tool. For a more in-depth walkthrough of the password reset tool please refer to the OIT guide.
Windows users should then lock their computer by pressing the “Windows key + L”
Then log back into your computer with your new password.
You will likely be prompted to login with the new password on your phone and onedrive over the next few minutes/hours.
