We are less than a week out from the kickoff of CU Denver Welcome! We are still in need of volunteers for large events like Move-in Day, New Student Convocation, and Block Party.
From August 12-September 28, campus will be filled with events from Move-in Day to Family Day! CU Denver Welcome events kick off the week before classes, on August 12 and run through the first 6 weeks of classes. Every year, the CU Denver Welcome Committee (this year led by Clayton Ann Short and Kelsi Dew) coordinates a variety of events, programs, and workshops for new First-Year and Transfer students. Many of these programs need campus support, like you, to help us provide a wonderful experience for students and families. Below is a link to volunteer opportunities, like Move-in Day, the Family Hub, and the First Gen Banquet to name a few. If you have some time, we’d love for you to participate.
