An ethics textbook co-authored with Donna Sheperis and Stacy Churovich was recently published. The textbook is titled Ethical Decision Making for the 21st Century Counselor.
The chapter on Relational Ethical Decision Making is one of the chapters authored by Michael and is based on his Relational Ethical Decision Making, a more feminist approach to ethics.

Michael also had a book chapter in Queering Connection, recently published, which integrates the use of Relational Cultural Theory with queer and trans clients.
