Student Employees – Fall is a great time to review your personal & payroll information.

As a student employee, you have access to the employee portal. It is important to note that any information in your student portal (personal details, direct deposit, mailing address, etc.) DOES NOT carry over to your employee portal. Please be sure to update both portals should your information change.

Employees should review their personal information in the employee portal (my.cu.edu). This includes reviewing information such as mailing address, zip code, Social Security number, direct deposit information and W-4.

Making sure this information is correct ensures you will be taxed correctly and receive your pay.

If you have an edit to your education, gender, or anything else that you aren’t able to change in your employee portal, please let your SEHD HR team know.
