The CU Denver Early Childhood Education Department (Dr. Rebecca Vlasin, Co-PI and Dr. Michael Barla, Co-PI) was awarded $150K to deepen and sustain their Designing for a Diverse Workforce: A Place-based ECE BA Pathway. The funding supports twenty practicing early childhood educators to continue their BA while working full time. This award honors the memory of Dean Rebecca Kantor as her vision and insight were instrumental in designing the innovation.”
