As the University is preparing to return to campus, many managers will be asked to oversee hybrid (virtual / in-person) teams.
To help managers navigate this new environment, Learning and Development is excited to announce a new course on best practices for managing this type of team. This course blends key concepts from our Managing Remotely course (which we will be sunsetting) and key concepts/best practices for managing hybrid teams.
This interactive course will explore six keys to effectively managing in a hybrid environment. Participants will also be challenged to develop an action plan for one or more of these key areas.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
University staff and faculty that supervise one or more individuals.
COST
