This study examines local early childhood leaders’ perspectives of definitions and components of culturally responsive, affirming, and sustaining practice within a variety of ECE settings. Findings from this study will inform the foundational constructs for the development of an ECE version of the Quality Responsive Classrooms (QRC) 3.12 tool.
