To create a more inclusive and intuitive experience that aligns with branding updates on both campuses, the UCDAccess portal will be renamed to CUAccess.
When this is happening:
- This change will be applied by UIS after hours on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
- There may be a brief outage
- Academic calendars have been considered, and this date was identified as the least disruptive to education and work on both campuses
- ISS Web Services will update the naming in the quicklinks across all Sitefinity websites
- Denver UComm website redesign team has been notified to make similar updates
What you need to do:
- Please update any materials you have referencing “UCDAccess” to “CUAccess”
- After the change is implemented, please verify all links are working as expected
