Dear Program Leaders,
This is a reminder of the Curriculum Committee review deadlines. To ensure adequate time to review credentials for each new Lecturer or GPTI before classes begin, please plan accordingly: Hiring for Summer or Fall semester: Submit Hire Request Form details by Monday, April 6 at the latest.
Thank you for helping us stay on schedule and support a smooth hiring process. Returning Lecturers do not need a new form.
Please make sure to use the required approval letter templates for lecturers or doctoral candidates. A link to the templates is in the New Hire form.
