Register to Attend the 2/11 ACE Community & Connection Event

Don’t wait – Registration closes soon!  Register by Friday, February 6 at 5pm!

We are honored to welcome Professor Michele D. Simpson, JD, from CU Boulder Renee Crown Wellness Institute, who will guide us through a session about compassion and dignity – practices that will buoy us in rough waters.  Our time together will include mindful movement, stillness, compassion, self-compassion, somatic practices, and loving-kindness practices. There will be opportunities for small group discussion, along with time for sharing in an intentional community space.  You are invited to attend the session however you’d like, bringing questions, curiosities, and your whole selves.
