In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s enduring legacy of service, members of the CPE and National P-3 Center teams, along with ASPIRE faculty, volunteered at the Food Bank of the Rockies on Thursday, January 22. Working alongside a larger group of volunteers, they helped pack more than 85,000 pounds of food for local nonprofit partners to distribute throughout the community.
