The university has a strict process for sponsorships that must be followed to avoid issues. The process can take a month or longer. If your program is planning on sponsoring conferences or events in the Spring semester and this sponsorship has been approved in your budget, please reach out to Julia Cummings, SEHD marketing director, julia.cummings@ucdenver.edu as soon as possible to start the university paperwork. The paperwork needs to be approved by Dean Lynn, Provost Nakuma’s team, and a sponsorship liaison. Please don’t commit to sponsorship amounts or levels without official approvals.
