The Lynx Together Faculty Return Team (FRT) is focused on understanding what faculty need to be successful as we transition to the Fall semester. The FRT is inviting all faculty (Lecturers, Clinical Teaching Track, Instructors, and Tenure/Tenure-Track) to join an upcoming listening session. This is our opportunity to hear directly from you – what are your concerns, what kind of support do you need to be successful, what changes or modifications made last year should we continue, what are you looking forward to? Your perspectives, insights and feedback will be incorporated into a report of findings with recommendations to campus leaders.
