School districts around the country are experiencing a shift in their demographics; however, is the shift increasing inclusionary and equitable policies and practices for improving student achievement or is the gap increasing amongst student populations?  Dr. LuĂ©vanos will highlight her work and impact with student voice and empathy quadrant analysis as ways to understand, address, and approach inclusion and equity in K-12 schools.
