School districts around the country are experiencing a shift in their demographics; however, is the shift increasing inclusionary and equitable policies and practices for improving student achievement or is the gap increasing amongst student populations?  Dr. Luévanos will highlight her work and impact with student voice and empathy quadrant analysis as ways to understand, address, and approach inclusion and equity in K-12 schools.
