Dr. Paula Gallegos was chosen for the 2019 Urban Leaders Fellowship (ULF). The goal of ULF is developing future leaders and with over 1,000 applications in the pipeline, and only 135 spots available, Paula was selected in the first round of 65 fellowship offers. Urban Leaders Fellows work across a seven week period with innovative partner organizations who are committed to social justice and community impact – from non-profits to tech start-ups. Fellows are also paired with an elected official to develop a critical policy project that helps enact a vision for improving their individual cities.
