GENERAL BUSINESS & REVIEW/DISCUSSIONS:

The Curriculum Committee has been asked to implement a process to review syllabi that have not been reviewed in five years.

• What does review look like? Does everyone review each syllabus? What is the scope of the review?
  • The committee has outlined a set of dates for programs to submit at least two syllabi.
  • The Curriculum Committee will create a checklist to use as a guide for programs, and for the committee to use for review and feedback.
  • At least three committee members will review each syllabus.
• How is feedback given? In person? A template?
  • The program will not be required to attend the curriculum meeting for the initial review. Feedback will be emailed to the program leader. If additional follow up is needed, the program may be asked to attend a meeting.
