Attention Nine-Month Faculty Members:
The 2018-2019 nine-month faculty compensation election form is now available online. This form should be completed if you would like to make a change to how you are paid for the 2018-19 academic year. If you would like to keep the same election as last year, no action is necessary.
*Please note that 10 pay 10 and 10 pay 13 are options for newly hired academic faculty only. Current faculty who elected 10 pay 10 in 2017-18 will default to 9 pay 9 in 2018-19; those who elected 10 pay 13 in 2017-18 will default to 9 pay 12 in 2018-19 unless they submit a new election form for this academic year.
ATTENTION RETIREES: If you plan on retiring at the end of the spring 2019 semester, please select 9 pay 9 so that you will receive your full AY pay by your retirement date.
The deadline to submit these forms is Friday, June 22, 2018 via email (SEHDHR@ucdenver.edu), fax (303.315.6349), or in-person delivery (office #1147).
