To advance this mission, the Summit will allow the team to:
- Develop ideas for improving teacher preparation into a complete plan for moving forward
- Network with organizations, leaders and practitioners from around the country who are elevating the profession through teacher leadership
- Obtain the support of a dedicated “critical friend” from a supporting organization to advance your work
- Build relationships with the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE), ASCD, National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS), U.S. Department of Education, and many other supporting organizations.
