Dean Kantor participated in a panel discussion entitled “Answering the call for quality and accessible degrees in ECE: Higher education addressing challenges and spurring innovation.” at this year’s NAEYC Institute. NAEYC Executive Director Rhian Allvin moderated the panel, who discussed the need to build education pathways that are seamless, stackable, and meet the needs of the student—many of which are already in the workforce. Dean Kantor, along with, Margaret Annunziata, Sarah Kelsey, and Ana DeHoyos O’Connor contributed their perspectives on educational credit, supporting students, and the future of training early childhood educators to a rapt audience of attendees!
