ATTENTION FACULTY AND STAFF! Please aid the Undergraduate Social Team in submitting a summer reading pick to raffle off to our undergraduates at the Undergraduate Ice Cream Social taking place on Wednesday, May 11th 1:00pm – 2:30pm in the SEHD Student Commons! We are going to order the first 6-8 books suggested.
The books will have a book mark that will highlight which staff/faculty member chose the book, as well as a little blurb about why you chose it (not mandatory). The books can be academic or non-academic.
Books that have already been suggested include: Finding Flow: The Psychology of Engagement with Everyday Life, The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business and Think Like a Freak: The Authors of Freakonomics Offer to Retrain Your Brain.
