What will it cost?
You’ll see minor monthly rate increases (fewer than $5 for employee-only plans and fewer than $20 for family plans). A comprehensive list of the upcoming benefit plan rates for 15-16 is available online.
In most cases, no action is necessary.
If you like your current plan you don’t have to do anything and you’ll be re-enrolled. There are a few exceptions:
- If you want to enroll in a health care spending account, you’ll need to determine how much money you want to set aside.
- If you’re enrolled in the soon-to-be-discontinued CU Health Plan – Access Network, you’ll need to choose a new plan.
How do I enroll?
- You will find our enrollment tool in your employee portal.
- Under the CU Resources tab, click on “Payroll and Compensation” in the left menu, then select “Benefits Enrollment.” This tool will walk you through the enrollment process.
- Once you’re done, click “Submit.”
- Remember: You will not get a confirmation email when you finish, but you can find your enrollment details in the Benefits Summary, under the Payroll and Compensation menu.
