- Michelle and Melissa will both be in charge of reading, responding to and forwarding emails the SAC receives

BBQ Update
- Date: Sunday, June 28 from 4-11p.m. at Berkeley Lake Park
- Will be catered, no theme
- SAC will provide lawn games, possibly minimal decorations, a face painter?

- ACTION: Melissa will make a survey monkey for the picnic that asks questions regarding size of party, age of children, and dietary restrictions
Other Housekeeping Items
- Employee Recognition Committee event to be held in April
- The idea of alternately hosting a recognition event with a SAC all-staff meeting every two months was looked upon favorably
- ACTION: Rachel will send Jessica form template for TYYMMD
- ACTION: Jessica will develop TYYMMD online form with Theo
- ACTION: Jessica will make sure the public contacts faculty/staff list is up to date
