SEHD SAC Meeting
Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 3p.m.

Items To Discuss

  • SAC Elections
    • Bridget Sabo was interested and received supervisor apporval
    • Tony Romero (Shelley to follow up and see if he also wanted to join the council)
  • SAC Budget
    • Reviewed budget cut request from Christine and Rebecca and trimmed 16-17 budget appropriately
    • Lindsay to follow up with Tim regarding gift card purchase process for TYYMMD drawings
  • TYYMMD Upgrade
    • New design completed ad approved
  • Melissa – any staff opt out of birthday celeberations? no
  • Calendar of Events
    • September
      • Quarterly Staff Meeting (September 12 from 3-4pm)
        • Melissa will reserve the room, Rachel will post flyers, Jessica will update the Outlook calendar invitation
        • Welcome Back Ice Cream Social (Rachel will purchase supplies)
        • New Hire Introductions since February 2016/What’s New in SEHD
        • SAC Election Updates (Who We Are, What We Do)
        • TYYMMD Drawings
        • Mix and Mingle (Who Are YOU? Ideas for the year)
    • October
      • Halloween Chomp (Potluck) & Fundraising (no idea what we are fundraising for yet, but something good!)
    • December
      • Winter Party (aiming for Dec 15 from 11:30 – 1pm in the CU Building)
    • March – Staff Meeting
  • Follow up Action Items:
    • IDEA: Self-Defense Course?
    • IDEA: Post in IMPACT/SAC information updates highlighting various program areas?
  • Review PD Fund Requests
    • Hallett – Essentially auto-approved from Rebecca.
