Meetup: Side-Stepping the Dreaded-Threads

In the spirit of collaboration and exploration of critical digital pedagogy (#digped), ThinqStudio is hosting our first meetup! This is a bit of a mixer, where we will discuss our reasons for being and possible directions. Mostly though, we’d like to dive right into some demos and discussions around digital pedagogy.
For Fall 2016 we’re flirting with a theme of side-stepping the dreaded-threads (online discussion forums). Over the course of the term, we’d like to have meetups around pedagogies that leverage Slack, Hypothes.is, Twitter, and the like. Alternative venues for class community. Please bring your lunch and open mind as we kick things off on Friday September 30th from 12:00 – 1:30 @ inWorks.
