Phil Strain and Ted Bovey at the Positive Early Learning Experiences Center hosted Ms. Anu George, 2016 Eisenhower Scholar and Human Service Secretary, Tamil Nadu state, India on April 28th. Ms. George is just launching early intervention services in her state and came to Denver to discuss how the Leap preschool model could be adapted to her context. It was an exciting conversation and a unique opportunity to aid in the development of a system of support for children and families from the ground up.
