Snack on SUCCESS: Career and Self- Development Workshop

Are you making the most of your on-campus job or leadership experience? Join the Student Employment Office for an exclusive professional development session designed specifically for student employees and student organization leaders. Discover how your campus involvement is helping you build the skills employers seek and learn how to effectively communicate those experiences in future internships, jobs, and leadership opportunities.
This session will introduce the NACE Career Readiness Competencies, with a special focus on Career & Self-Development, and help you identify the transferable skills you’re gaining through your work and leadership roles on campus. Participants will explore strategies for continual personal and professional growth, recognizing strengths and areas for development, building meaningful professional relationships, and navigating future career opportunities. You’ll also learn how to maximize your campus experiences and discover ways to continue your development through additional SUCCESS workshops. Whether you’re leading a student organization, working on campus, or both, this session will help you connect your current experiences to your future career goals. Free food and beverages will be provided.
