We wanted to pass along information for an upcoming On-Campus Student Employment Fair hosted by our colleagues in the Student Employment Office, where students can connect with campus departments who are hiring student employees. Please see below for more information and pass along the info to students who may be looking for on-campus employment!
Handshakes & Hot Jobs: Student Employment Fair
Tuesday, August 25th, 10am – 2pm
LynxConnect Office (Tivoli Annex across from iPie)
Are you looking for an on-campus job or work-study position? Come meet with campus departments who are hiring student employees! Learn about their open student employment positions and how to apply. This event will include:
- Assistance for students to set up their Handshake account
- Free professional attire from the Career Closet
- Resume/cover letter review & general career coaching
- A variety of food & beverages including hotdogs & a milkshake bar!
- General overview and tour of LynxConnect (Student Employment, Career Center, Experiential Learning Center, Study Abroad, & Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities)
This event is open to all students, whether you’re looking for an on-campus job now or just want to explore your options!
