The AERA-NSF Grants Program is accepting proposals for both its Dissertation and Research Grants with a deadline of October 6, 2025. With support from the National Science Foundation (NSF), the AERA Grants Program provides dissertation grants to graduate students and small research grants to doctoral level scholars conducting secondary analysis using large-scale federal or federally funded data sets; state longitudinal administrative data; or local record system data in their research.
In this informational webinar, the Program leaders will discuss the program goals, the features and essential components of competitive proposals, eligibility requirements, and the application process. Audience members will be able to ask questions. The webinar recording will be available on the AERA-NSF Grants Program website after the event. Potential applicants are encouraged to attend or view this webinar prior to submitting a proposal. This webinar will be recorded and will be posted on the AERA website.
